Cancelation terms and payment for accommodation of groups ( 10 persons and more)
You can cancel your ratified booking up to 15 days before arrival of group, but only using of written form.
Tardy cancelations are acceptable under following conditions:
- - 15 days and more before arrivel – 0% commission of fixed price
- 14 - 5 days before arrivel -30% commission of fixed price
- 4 – 1 day before arrivel – 50% commission of fixed price
- In a day of arrivel – 90% commission of fixed price
It will be drawn a advanced paid-on before beginning of action, due for payment 14 days before a day of arrivel. If a booking is canceled, cancelation fee will be deducted of the advanced paid- on.
Final account will be drawn of ordered capacity.
